Associated Brands

CPG has in-house topographical survey and field materials laboratories under the style “Central African Technical Services – CATS”. Central African Technical Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of CPG.

CPG also has an association with Afrisurv, a firm specialising in digital reference video surveys (DRVS), integrated with Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS). The DGPS technology captures XY and Z coordinates at sufficient accuracy to be able to measure and draw existing road geometry (horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, super elevation) and undertake geometric designs(horizontal and vertical alignment) which are subsequently integrated with the digital video image.

Recently CPG contributed to the establishment of the firm Africa Route Clearance Consultants (ARC) in Johannesburg, South Africa. This company handles route evaluations and clearance for the movement of abnormal loads through the sub-continent including Botswana, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi, the Republic of South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
